Is Your Own MIND Holding You Back From Finding Love?<\/h2>\n

Do you find yourself constantly searching for love, but never able to find what you are looking for?<\/p>\n

Do you frequently complain to your friends about how \u201cAll the good ones are married\u201d?<\/p>\n

Are you tired of being alone, but FRUSTRATED with the dating scene?<\/p>\n

I want to propose something to you right now that maybe you will disagree with initially\u2026 but I URGE you to keep an open mind and continue reading.<\/p>\n

Ok, here it is: Your inability to find love is not a problem with the number of potential partners out there, it is a problem with YOU.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Specifically, your OWN mind is holding you back from going out there and finding real love.<\/p>\n

Believe me, I\u2019ve been there. I used to be the QUEEN at sabotaging my own relationships, before they\u2019d even really begun.<\/p>\n

For years I put my lack of love down to \u2018unluckiness\u2019 and \u2018guys always turning into jerks\u2019 after we started dating\u2026 Until eventually, I realized that the common factor was ME.<\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t CHOOSING the right guys for me. I wasn\u2019t putting the right SIGNALS out there.<\/p>\n

And I was so busy thinking about being REJECTED all the time that I actually ended up PUSHING AWAY any half-decent guy I was dating.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t want you to get stuck in this same mindset, as it only leads to pain and heartbreak.<\/p>\n

Because the truth is, if you don\u2019t believe that you are worthy and deserving of love, you will be unable to find it.<\/p>\n

And if you believe that there is no man out there for you, you will never find him.<\/p>\n

Your INNER BELIEFS are holding you back from finding love. <\/strong><\/h3>\n

We all have developed inner \u2018truths\u2019 about ourselves and our love lives\u2026 hiding deep within our minds. But the thing is, often these \u2018truths\u2019 aren\u2019t truths at all.<\/p>\n

Rather than being based on accurate reality, these inner \u2018truths\u2019 are formed through our thoughts, perceptions and past experiences \u2013 our OWN interpretations.<\/p>\n

And our subconscious mind sets about to continue to PROVE these inbuilt theories to ourselves. It literally works to try to make our thoughts match our reality.<\/p>\n

So when these theories are negative, they can SERIOUSLY hold us back from finding true love.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a quick exercise to identify what some of your \u2018truths\u2019 may be about love:<\/p>\n

First of all, I want you to think about your ideal partner and relationship. Imagine all the positive qualities your dream man would have and how you would interact with one another.<\/p>\n

Be detailed and specific about what you want, and write this down on a piece of paper.<\/p>\n

Now think of all the reasons why you CAN’T or WON\u2019T have this amazing relationship you\u2019ve just imagined.<\/p>\n

Why can\u2019t you have this loving relationship with a great guy? Write down any reasons you can think of.
\nOk, now take a look at the reasons you\u2019ve just written.<\/p>\n

What you\u2019re looking at is all of your DYSFUNCTIONAL theories on love\u2026 all of those self-limiting beliefs that have been born out of past negative relationship experiences and low self-confidence.<\/p>\n

And these are the theories you\u2019ve been trying to PROVE to yourself all along, instead of going out there and trying to find the love you desire.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s time to DITCH these beliefs, and start going for what you REALLY want.<\/p>\n

How do you do this?<\/p>\n

Well, first you want to practice loving and nurturing YOURSELF. Eat healthy, get active, have fun doing the things you enjoy, and spend lots of time with the people you love.<\/p>\n

An improvement in your self-confidence will help you to realize that you truly are a CATCH and there are men out there just waiting to meet you.<\/p>\n

Second, you want to practice VISUALIZING your dream relationship in your mind, often. Let this image replace any old, negative thoughts.<\/p>\n

Think about all of those great character traits you want in a partner before you go out on a date, or go to places where you might meet men.<\/p>\n

You may just be AMAZED at the men you start attracting, with your new-and-improved, love-focused mindset.<\/p>\n
